Cancellation Policy
Initial Appointment & Cancellation Policy To ensure we have the dedicated time required to plan your perfect menu and source the freshest ingredients, we have the following policy for all initial "Cook Day" bookings: Commitment to Your Service: Once your booking is confirmed, we reserve a significant block of time exclusively for your meal preparation and planning. Cancellation & Refunds: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you cannot make your appointment but provide less than 72 hours' notice, we are happy to reschedule your service to a later date rather than issuing a refund. How to Notify Us: Please call us directly or use our online portal to request a change to your booking as early as possible.
