Service Description

From the satisfying crunch of a cucumber ribbon sandwich to the quintessential warmth of a buttermilk scone with double cream, each item is prepared with care and served with a smile. Whether you are celebrating a milestone or simply enjoying a quiet morning or afternoon with friends, we handle the preparation so you can focus on the conversation.


Cancellation Policy

To provide the highest quality experience in your home, please take a moment to review our service guidelines. 1. Pricing & Grocery Costs Service Fee: Our quoted fee covers the professional preparation, presentation, and clean-up of your High Tea. Groceries: The cost of ingredients is not included in the service fee. Option A: I can provide a shopping list for you to purchase items yourself. Option B: I can manage the shopping for a flat $50 service fee plus the cost of the receipt (to be paid on the day of service). 2. Dietary Requirements & Health Guest Needs: Please provide any changes to guests’ allergies or specific dietary requirements (e.g., Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Low Sodium) at least 3 days prior to the event. Safety: While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please note that food is prepared in a home kitchen environment. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit to cover lost booking time and prep work already undertaken. We can reschedule the appointment for a later date. 4. Kitchen Requirements & Access Space: I will require a clear bench space and access to a working oven and stovetop. Equipment: I bring my own specialised tools, but I will use your plates and cutlery for service. If you need extra, please email us so that we can arrange to bring some of ours. Clean-Up: My service includes cleaning the kitchen areas used during food preparation, leaving your home just as tidy as we found it. 5. Final Confirmation A final guest count is required 3 days prior to the event to ensure the grocery list is accurate.
